NETC Fund Balance Update
- All previous fund transfers have been completed

- FY2017 Fund Balance Transfers – Decision deferred, but budgeted by each state
- NETC Unallocated Balance as of 5/19/2017 – $121,990.32
NETC “Pre-TAC” Discussion of Research Topics
- Implement recommendations on Effective Establishment of Native Plants on Roadsides
- Recommends funding research to test two plots in each state
- Recommends test plots for at least two growing seasons – through 2019
- State DOTs and local organizations will have to work to identify “workhorse species” and support a market for these seeds
- Expect budget of $87,000 for this research
- UConn and URI both have research expertise
